Tim Hamilton (born April 21, 1966) is an American cartoonist, writer and illustrator living in Brooklyn, New York. According to his website, his clients have included ''MAD'' magazine and ''The New York Times''.〔(Client list ) at Hamilton's site〕 ==Career== Hamilton has drawn numerous comics, including ''The Trouble with Girls'' and ''Welcome Back, Mr. Moto''. He also adapted and illustrated Robert Louis Stevenson's ''Treasure Island'' for Puffin Graphics and filling in pencilling ''Nikolai Dante'' for ''2000 AD''. He's most recent work was adapting Ray Bradbury's novel Fahrenheit 451 for Hill & Wang. Hamilton is also a founding member of the online comics collaborative ACT-I-VATE, where he has serialized his stories ''Pet Sitter'' and ''Adventures of the Floating Elephant''. Hamilton's illustrations have been published by ''The New York Times'', ''Nickelodeon Magazine'', Byron Preiss Visual Publications, ''Cicada'' magazine, DC Comics, Dark Horse Comics, King Features, KPR Inc., Oatmeal Studios, Wishbone-ITP, and ToyBiz.
